TMA of the Year Nomination Review Portal

First, read each candidate's self-nominations and peer nominations and give them a score from 1 to 5 on every question. Then, for each question, rank the candidates in order from highest to lowest. All ratings are kept anonymous and only seen by INTA liaisons and TMAC chairs.
